By engaging Krivis Web Solutions for website design services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. A signed contract and an initial deposit are required to initiate the website design project.
2. Project timelines and milestones will be outlined in the contract.

1. The client will provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.
2. Timely feedback and approvals are crucial for project progression.

1. The contract includes a specified number of design revisions.
2. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

1. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may impact project timelines.
2. Krivis Web Solutions is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as third-party issues or acts of nature.

1. An initial deposit is due upon project initiation.
2. Progress payments will be outlined in the contract.
3. The final payment is due upon project completion.

1. Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design.
2. Krivis Web Solutions retains the right to use the completed project in its portfolio.

1. Either party may terminate the project in writing with reasonable notice.
2. Krivis Web Solutions reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract.

If Krivis Web Solutions is providing hosting services, additional terms and conditions will apply.

Both parties agree to keep project details and communications confidential.

Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
